Purple Finance Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 24/12/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the proposal for fund raising by way of Issuance of Securities namely Equity Shares, Preference Shares, Warrants, Debentures or other securities through rights issue, qualified institutions placement, preferential issue or any other method as may be permitted under the applicable law, subject to such regulatory / statutory approvals as may be required and the approval of shareholders of the Company.
