This is to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company has approved availing Term Loan of Rs. 180,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred & Eighty Crores only) from Indian Renewal Energy Development Agency Limited (IREDA) for setting up 200 KLPD Grain Based Ethanol Distillery Plant.
