Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company for persons specified under the Code shall remain closed beginning Saturday, 1st October, 2022 onwards upto 48 hours after the announcement / declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and period ending 30th September, 2022.
