As per the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading framed pursuant to the SEBI (PIT) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed for all Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, from Wednesday, 01st October, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Un- audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ending on 30th September 2025, to the Stock Exchange.
