The Board of Directors at its meeting held on 24.04.2025 has appointed Smt. Puja Guin (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) of the Company as the Nodal Officer of the Company w.e.f 24.04.2025 pursuant to Rule 7(2A) of the Investor Education and Protection Fund Authority (Accounting, Audit, Transfer and Refund) Rules, 2016.
