Pursuant to applicable provisions, if any, of the Companies Act, 2013, and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the record date is fixed as Tuesday, September 09, 2025 for the purpose of Annual General Meeting and Dividend. Further, dividend, if approved by the Members of the Company at the AGM, will be paid on and from Friday 19th September, 2025
