To consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and Half year ended on 30th September, 2025. Further, in compliance with the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company was closed on Wednesday, October 01, 2025 and shall continue to remain close till the end of 48 hours from the conclusion of the meeting of the Board Meeting.
