Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that Integra Systems Pvt. Ltd. (ISPL), an Associate Company of Integra Engineering Ltd. (IEIL), which is non-operational for more than 5 years had filed a petition to the Honorable National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) - Ahemdabad Bench, for winding up. In this regard, we would like to inform you that the said petition has been admitted by the Honorable NCLT vide their order dated August 9, 2024. We wish to further inform you that winding up of this associate company will not affect any business/accounting policies and will not have any singificant impact on financials of our Company.
