The 85th Annual General Meeting of the members was held on 28 August 2024. The meeting was adjourned by the Chairman with the permission of the members present at 11.45 AM (IST) on 28 August 2024. The Board of Directors decided on 29 August 2024 that the adjourned 85th AGM be held on 28 September 2024. The Notice calling the Annual General Meeting forms part of the Annual Report therefore the Annual report is being revised to the extent that the notice for Adjourned 85th AGM also now forms part of the Annual report. The revised Annual Report and the notice for Adjourned 85th AGM will be uploaded on the website of the Company. The notice for Adjourned 85th AGM will be dispatched to the shareholders in due course.
