Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and based on the intimation received from the Company''s Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTA) - TSR Consultants Pvt Ltd on July 13, 2023, we wish to inform that the Company has received a letter from the shareholder regarding loss of share certificate with request for issue of duplicate share certificate in lieu thereof.
