We hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held today i.e. 12th May, 2025, has considered and approved the audited financial results for the fourth quarter & year ended on 31st March, 2025. A copy of the standalone audited financial results of the Company along with a copy of Audit Report, issued by the Statutory Auditors, are enclosed. Further, an extract of the aforementioned results would be published in the newspapers in accordance with the Listing Regulations.
