Further to our intimation letter dated 18th may 2026, and pursuant to the resignation of Mr. Surender Bhatia as Chief Executive Officer - Paint Division, the Board of Directors of the Company, based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee at its meeting held on 18th June 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Sonali Sanas as Chief Executive Officer (CEO - Paints Division) with effect from 16th August, 2026. The details as required under the SEBI Circular is enclosed as Annexure A.
