We wish to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (PIT) Regulation, 2015 the Trading Window for the Designated Persons and connected persons will remain closed from 1st January, 2025 for consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results of the Company for third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. The Trading Window will open 48 hours after the declaration of the said results.
