Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed from 1st October, 2023 till 48 hours of the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Statements for the Quarter ended 30th September, 2023. The date of the board meeting shall be intimated in due course.
