Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') read with Schedule III and any other applicable provisions of the Listing Regulations, in 36th Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 18-08-2022, M/s Arora & Choudhary Associates, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 003870N) were appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company for a consecutive period of 5 years i.e. till the conclusion of 41st Annual General Meeting of the Company
