With reference to the subject matter, please note that BSE vide its Notice No. 20210820-43, dated 20.08.2021 has communicated that pursuant to the SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2009 as amended from time to time, the company has complied with the formalities for voluntary delisting of Equity shares. Accordingly, the trading in the equity shares of Integrated Financial Services Limited (Scrip Code: 500212) will be discontinued w.e.f. Friday, August 27, 2021. Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Friday, September 03, 2021.
