Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI Listing Regulations, we would like to inform you that consequent to the Special Resolution passed by the Members of the Company at their 45th Annual General Meeting held on July 28, 2025 and the approval of the Regional Director, North Western Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide order No. Sec 13(4)/ROC Ahmedabad/AB9348311/RD Ahmedabad/2026, dated February 06, 2026, for shifting of Registered Office of the Company from the State of Gujarat to the State of Uttar Pradesh, the Operational and Finance Committee of the Company at its meeting held on February 09, 2026 has decided to shift the Registered Office of the Company to 14th Floor, Tower-B, World Trade Tower, Plot No. C-1, Sector - 16, Noida, Uttar Pradesh - 201301, with effect from February 10, 2026.
