ICICI Group held 47% in India Advantage Fund IV (IAF-IV) and 24% in India Advantage Fund III (IAF-III) at June 30, 2025. These entities were considered associates of ICICI Bank Limited. As per an intimation received today from ICICI Venture Funds Management Company Limited, we have been informed that all residual units held by all ICICI group entities in these funds have been redeemed. Accordingly, IAF-III and IAF-IV cease to be associates of the Bank.
