Bharat Rasayan Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the comapny at its meeting held on May 28, 2025, inter alia, has decided to recommend a final dividend @ 15%, i.e. Rs. 1.50 per share on the fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.However, the final dividend of Rs. 1.50 per share recommended on May 28, 2025 would be payable after the approval of the said final dividend by the shareholders of the Company in their forthcoming Annual General Meeting.
