Pursuant to provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, we wish to inform that in terms of Company''s Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from Thursday 01st January, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ending on 31st December, 2025. Further, the date of meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the aforesaid period shall be informed in due course.
