Further, as informed by our intimation letter dated 28th March, 2025, Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company by all the designated persons of the Company and their immediate relatives is closed from 1st April, 2025 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2025.
