Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A Para A of Schedule III to Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and in continuation to our intimation dated August 19, 2024 and September 14, 2024 regarding approval of issue of equity shares and fully convertible warrants through preferential issue on private placement basis, we hereby inform you that the members of preferential issue committee of board of directors of the company through Resolution passed today i.e. on Tuesday, October 08, 2024, approved the allotment of 13,30,000 fully convertible warrants having issue price of INR 750/- per warrant, each warrant convertible into 1 equity shares of the company to the allottee on receipt of 25% of the issue price from the allottee (i.e. INR 187.50/- per Warrant) in accordance with the provisions of SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018.
