we wish to inform that BSE Limited vide its letter bearing No. LOD/PREF/KS/FIP/1669/2024-25 dated 13th January, 2025 and National Stock Exchange of India Limited vide their letter bearing No. NSE/LIST/44941 dated February 11, 2025 respectively, have granted in-principle approval for listing of 13,06,810 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each at an issue price of Rs. 714/- per share allotted to the non-promoters on a preferential basis.
