On recommendation of nomination and remuneration committee and subject to approval of members of the company and other necessary approvals, if any, Mr. Shashin V. Patel (DIN: 00048328) has been re-appointed as the executive chairman of the company in the category of Key Managing Personnel for a period of three years w.e.f. 14th February, 2025 to 13th February, 2029 (both days inclusive) on such terms and conditions as the board has decided.
