In terms of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and other applicable provisions, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 30, 2025 has inter alia, considered and approved the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2024 ('Financial Results') and took note of the limited review reports issued by M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Statutory Auditors of the Company on the financial results. In view of the above, we enclose herewith: a. a copy of the financial results; b. a copy of the limited review reports.
