The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on Thursday, the 9th day of February, 2023, inter alia, considered and approved - a. The Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. We are enclosing herewith, duly authenticated copies of the Un-Audited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report dated February 9, 2023 issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Company. b. Declaration of Interim Dividend @ Rs. 0.10 (Ten Paisa only) per equity share of the face value of Rs. 2/- each for Financial Year 2022-23. Further, the record date fixed for the said Interim Dividend is Tuesday, February 21, 2023 and the payment thereof shall be credited/dispatched within 30 days from the date of declaration as per the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, to the shareholders as on Record Date.
