with reference to Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform that our Subsidiary Company, Alphalogic Industries Limited, has proposed an issue of up to 18,00,000 warrants. The board , on recommendation from the Management Committee, have approved the investment up to Rs 3,27,60,000.00 for up to 11,70,000 warrants at a price of Rs 28.00 per warrant.
