Pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended by SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018 and in accordance with the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor, the Company, the trading window has already been closed with effect from 1st October 2020 pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 for the Resolution Professional, all the Directors, Key Managerial Persons, Designated Persons and the Connected Persons covered under the said regulations and shall remain closed till end of 48 hours after the results are made public i.e. November 15, 2020 for the purpose of declaration of unaudited financial results.
