This is to inform you that pursuant to Balkrishna''s Code of Conduct, to regulate, monitor and report trading by Designated Persons of the Company, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons covered under the Code from 1st October, 2024 till 48 hours after the financial results of the Company for the quarter ending 30th September, 2024 becoming generally available information. Accordingly, all Designated Persons covered under the Code have been advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
