With respect to the filing of petition under Section 7 of the IB Code, 2016 before the Hon''ble NCLT, Chandigarhbench, please be informed that the Hon''ble NCLT has pronounced its Order today i.e. 22nd December, 2023, allowing the admission of the said petition of EARC Ltd (Case No. CP(IB)No.291/CHD/CHD/2018). The Hon''ble NCLT while pronouncing the Order, has also approved the appointment of an Interim Resolution Professional ("IRP") in term of section 16 of the Code.
