This is to inform you that the Scheme of Amalgamation among Global CNC Private Limited with Windsor Machines Limited and their respective shareholders and creditors under Section 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013, was listed for pronouncement of an order on March 19, 2026 by National Company Law Tribunal, Ahmedabad Bench("NCLT") and NCLT has sanctioned the said Scheme. The NCLT order has been uploaded on NCLT website and enclosed with the intimation letter.
