Vijayeswari Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company intend to publish Audited Financial Results for the year ending / last quarter ending March 31, 2009 within three months from the end of financial year i.e., June 30, 2009 and hence the Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter March 31, 2009, will not be published.
