Vijayeswari Textiles Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to reschedule the 55th Annual General Meeting which is to be held on September 04, 2009 instead of September 28, 2009.Accordingly, the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will now remain closed from August 24, 2009 to September 04, 2009 (both days inclusive) (Revised) for the purpose of 55th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 04, 2009.
