In continuation to our earlier intimations dated March 25, 2022, May 23, 2022 and May 14, 2024 and pursuant to Regulations 30 read with Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that IndiaMart InterMESH Limited has acquired 5,235 equity shares of face value Rs 10. each from the promoters of Livekeeping Technologies Private Limited. As a result of this acquisition, Livekeeping Technologies Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company.
