Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations') and other applicable provisions, we wish to inform you that, as part of an internal business restructuring, the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held today, i.e., Friday, March 07, 2025, approved the transfer of entire business of Pinewoods Golf Club LLP, Copo Digital Services (India) Private Limited and Digiglobe Advertising & Marketing Private Limited (Formerly DigiGlobe Advertising Private Limited) to Exhicon Events Media Solutions Limited.
