In terms of Regulation 30 read with Schedule III and other applicable provisions of the SEBI LODR Regulations and in continuation to our intimation dated July 01, 2025 regarding receipt of Show Cause notice dated June 30, 2025, we hereby inform you that the Office of the Principal Commissioner, CGST, Commissionerate, Ludhiana has dropped the proceedings initiated under aforesaid Show Cause Notice.
