Pursuant to the Tata Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company, the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall be closed from Tuesday, 25th March 2025 and the same shall open after 48 hours from the declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Financial Year ending 31st March 2025.
