Members of Northern Spirits Limited whose name appears on the Company''s register of Members as on Friday, September 12, 2025, would be entitled to receive Final Dividend (if declared at the AGM) at 3% (Re 0.30 per equity share of Rs 10 each) for the financial year 2024-2025.
