MSTC Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/02/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results with Limited Review for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024 and to declare 2nd Interim Dividend for Financial year 2024-25, if any. Further, in terms of the Company''s ''Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading and Fair disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' and SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, it was intimated / informed to the Stock Exchanges vide letter No. MSTC/CS/SE/592 dated 23rd December, 2024 that the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 till 48 hours after the announcement of Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2024. In view of the above, the Trading Window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from 1st January, 2025 to 12th February, 2025.
