This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of MSTC Limited at its meeting held today i.e. 27th May, 2024 approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2024. The Board of Directors of the Company has, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company, recommended final dividend of Rs. 5.00 per equity share, (i.e. 50 % on the paid-up equity share capital) for the Financial Year 2023-24. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held on 18th September, 2024 through Video Conferencing ('VC') / Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'). The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced on 27th May, 2024 at 03:00 p.m. and concluded at 6:15 p.m.
