Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we wish to inform you that the Chennai Bench of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has ordered for Liquidation of the Company, THIRU AROORAN SUGARS LTD, vide its order dated April 08, 2021 against the Application No.IA/1186/IB/2020, filed by Mr R Raghavendran ,Resolution Professional under Section 33(2) of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code,2016 read with Rule 11 and 32 of NCLT Rules, 2016 and appointed Mr.RAMAKRISHNAN SADASIVAN as the Liquidator with effect from April 08, 2021. Copy of the aforesaid Order of the NCLT is enclosed.
