Based on the recommendation of the Nomination Remuneration and Compensation Committee, the Board of Directors accorded their approval on December 31, 2025 for allotment of 600,289 Equity shares of Rs.10/- each to the eligible employees of the Company in accordance with Transwarranty Employee Stock Option Plan 2019. With the allotment paid up capital increased to Rs.55,11,61,940 divided into 5,51,16,194 shares of Rs.10/- each.
