The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on 27th May 2025, inter alia, have considered and approved the Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended 31st March 2025 together with the statement of assets and liabilities and other related disclosures. This communication shall also be considered as the Integrated Filing (Financial) for the above-mentioned period, in accordance with the SEBI Circular dated 31st December 2024. The Board has also approved to designate Shri K. Raj Shekhar, General Manager (Finance) as Whole Time Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Person (KMP) of the Company till assumption of charge of Whole Time Director (Finance) by new incumbent.
