To consider and approve Audited financial results for the fourth quarter & year ended on 31st March, 2025 and to take note of Audited Report thereon, as per IND-AS pursuant to regulation 33 of SEBI listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015; 2. To consider any other matter with the permission of the Chairman of the meeting.
