Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015 & PARA A of Part A of Schedule III, we hereby inform you that the Company has received an order passed by the NCLT, Court IV of Mumbai Bench under Section 230-232 of Companies Act, 2013, & other applicable provisions of the cCompanies Act, 2013 read with the Companies ( Compromise, Arrangements & Amalgamations) Rules, 2016, dated 28th March, 2025. The details of the aforementioned order passed is attached herewith as Annexure I
