It is to inform that company has received notice from BSE and NSE with regard to imposition of fine of Rs. 1,71,100/- for non-compliance of provision of Reg 33 of SEBI (LODR), 2015 for non-submission of the financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2025.
