Pursuant to the Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on October 29, 2024 had appointed Ms. Kanika Sapra as company Secretary and compliance officer of the company. Further, Sh. Manohar Lal Jain, Executive Director , who was also serving as the compliance officer of the company, has now been relieved from the position of the compliance officer with effect from January 17, 2025.
