The company does not fall under the Large Corporate (LC) category as per the framework and applicability criteria provided in the SEBI Circulars SEBI/HO/DDHS/CIR/P/2018/144 dated November 26, 2018 & SEBI/HO/DDHS/DDHS-RACPOD1/P/CIR/2023/172 dated October 19, 2023. Hence, filing of Initial disclosure and annual disclosure in Annexures A and B1 and B2 respectively, for the FY ended 2024-25, is not applicable to the Company.
