In continuation of our letter dated 21st March, 2024, Company has further entered into settlement Agreement with Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd under Vivad Se Viswas Scheme II (Contractual Disputes)Scheme for Rs. 25.06 Crore. With the aforesaid settlement the total settlement under the aforesaid scheme will stand to Rs. 268.26 Crore
