In continuation to our disclosure dated February 20,2025 and December 10, 2024, regarding the filing of writ petition before the Hon''ble High Court of Delhi against the order of Regional Director, Northern Region, Ministry of Corporate Affairs , Delhi , directing a change in the name of the company , pursuant to Section 16(1)(a) of the Companies Act, 2013, we wish to inform the following- The High Court of Delhi at New Delhi directed the respondent not to give effect to the impugned order till the next date of hearing.
